**Part Time Demand Planner **, upto £35,000 pa pro rata + 10% bonus + excellent benefits. Chertsey KT16 - 25-30 hrs per week. Mon-Friday (flexible on days/hours). Hybrid, WFH and office. Permanent Role - Part-time

**Responsibilities of the Part-time Demand Planner role**:

- Owning the demand and forecast planning process across our supplier chain.
- Accountable for forecasting of base, promotional and product launch volumes
- Purchase correct volumes to arrive within the lead times is business crucial to help continued growth.
- Address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Using all available data to achieve KPI targets to meet customer expectation
- Shelf life and end of life management to meet agreed KPIs
- Third party warehouse management and retailer engagement.

**Skills & Experience required for the Part-time Demand Planner role**:

- Second language is beneficial
- Advance experience in the use of MS Excel (formulas, pivots, macros etc.)
- Sound statistical knowledge
- Solid knowledge of industry best practice in demand planning
- Good analytical skills to problem solving within a forecast environment
- Experience with in supply chain network preferred
- Good collaboration skills to influence others
- Effective communication skills, with an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadline and under pressure
- Have strong numerical skill set and accurately with data
- Effective team worker understanding and responding to the needs of others
- Capability to multitask in a fast -paced environment
- Ability to work flexibly, including participation in virtual teams
