**Your main duties will include**:
- Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment
- Greeting guests, ensuring all are met with an Evolve welcome
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Support organisation and facilitation of onsite meetings and events including meeting room setups and ordering and collection of lunches
- Organising meeting room diaries and responding to calendar requests
- General administrative support, including daily invoicing
- Ensure the office is a welcoming, efficient and organised workplace
- You're a people person through and through. You love helping others and are a natural at building relationships
- Proven experience in an administrative or a facilities role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently
