As a Business Administrator at Nero Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office and contributing to the success of our projects. Working closely with the Head of Operations and other team members, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Answer Phones**: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including client information, project details, and communications history.
- **Office Administration**: Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office, such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and organising office facilities.
- **Meeting Notes**: Attend meetings as required and accurately record minutes, action items, and decisions made during discussions. Distribute meeting notes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- **Support for Head of Operations**: Assist the Head of Operations with various tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and coordinating activities to support the smooth running of projects and initiatives.
- **Project Administration**: Provide administrative support to project teams, including organising project files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with project-related communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
