Evolve Energy is on the lookout for a Supply Point Administrator (SPA), based at our head office in Lytham, St. Annes. The SPA will embrace working within an experience team, who will absorb the knowledge and work collaboratively towards the operational goals. **Your main duties will include**:

- Creating and processing energy industry dataflows
- Investigating and resolving dataflow exceptions in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer data using Billing, CRM, and Industry Interaction software
- Resolution of queries either firsthand or via co-operation with back-office teams
- General administration; duties in accordance with Line Manager Requests
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
- Proven track record in Customer service and Administration
- Proficient in computerised systems, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Resourceful, sharp and efficient, who is a stickler for detail
- Able to use their initiative, and will complete tasks, no matter how big or small.
- Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines
- Adaptable, with a willingness to learn
- Passion for creativity and fun
