Are you a highly experienced multi-site Operations Director seeking a new exciting and challenging role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to build on your already impressive operational experience with Elysium Healthcare part of Ramsay Health Care.

The role will be responsible for over 20 sites to include Acute Mental Health (male and female), Secure Mental Health (male and female), Community Homes and Residential settings, where you will oversee operational delivery to ensure safe and effective serviceuser care.

Elysium Healthcare’s Head Office is based in Borehamwood. But due to the regional nature of the role, you will be based from home which will be within your region to allow regular visits to your sites.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will bea member of the Operational Board, having responsibility for £200m of revenue. You will be confident in making key business decisions, working in partnership with corporate departments. You will be a dynamic leader who is able to give strategic direction and guidance to a motivated and successful management team.

Building on your previous experience you will drive growth along with managing change and improvement through a positive and supportive leadership style.

You will have a pragmatic approach being able to enhance the positive working relationships that already exist with our commissioners, local health boards and provider collaboratives.
