Regional Training Manager
You're an experienced training manager with a background in mental health, a motorway is your best friend, and interacting with people daily is your happy place.
You may just have just found your perfect next job.
Your area will cover Wales and South England, with responsibility for training at a few dozen hospitals where you'll ensure the service's training activity is specialism-specific, accessible, time-sensitive, measurable and recorded.
You will also be the bridge between your hospitals, the L&D team and Head Office, and support the design and deliver multiple training programmes with a consistent delivery approach.
There are no silos in this team. You will be able to flex your autonomous working muscles alongside working closely with your peers, as you all need to reach the same outcomes. Along the way you'll bounce off and support each other, as well as be supportedby your manager.
Challenge the status quo and seek to make what we do and how we do it better. It's what leads to greatness, and that's what we want. Step out of your comfort zone, lead us out of our comfort zone, and make the L&D offering the best within the HealthcareIndustry.
Of course, there is an LMS which you'll need to know your way around, reporting needs, stakeholders to engage with, and your work will need to be evidence-based. But that's the standard stuff.
