As a Room Service Supervisor at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite. You will ensure that Broadwick Soho’s guests feel welcome and serve our guests to the best of your ability and make their experience as memorable as possible.

The Room service Supervisor will be the face of our In Room Dining, orchestrating and delivering spectacular service to Broadwick Soho’s guests. You will be working adjacently with other F&B and Culinary colleagues to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

You will supervise the room service team to serve our guests with professionalism, striving to create memorable and delightful experiences ensuring that all guest dietary requirements are met and special requests are accommodated with precision. You will uphold and demonstrate excellent service standards, providing guidance and support to the room service assistants to deliver seamless, efficient and guest-focused service.

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience in an in room dining or room service department within a 5* luxury hotel operation
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Your charisma, individuality and positive energy
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
- Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
