The hotel has an opportunity available for a Room Service Waiter to join their team. Working with the food and beverage team, the Room Service Waiter will carry out all shift duties to the required hotel standards. Ensuring all customers are served food or drinks as ordered, whilst ensuring that superior service, guest care and hospitality are always provided.

**Your duties will include**:

- Delivering excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
- Be fully trained with all menu’s items, presentation, accompaniments
- Respond promptly to the service needs of the guest
- Deliver room service trays to the guests
- Regular collection of finished trays from the rooms and corridors
- Collect all food items on trays and keep the service area clear at all the times
- To assist in the set-up ensuring all required items are stocked and ready for the smooth running of the operations
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Professional and warm personality
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- The finest personal presentation

**If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage**:

- Previous experience in an F&B role within a fine dining restaurant or 5 star hotel
- Experience of working in a busy environment.
- Evidence of working in an organised environment

**Your hours of work**:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
