We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **In-Room Dining Supervisor** to join our team.

This position will support the Assistant Manager, providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests under the general guidance of the Restaurant & In Room Dining Managers and Assistant In-Room Dining Manager within the limits of established Hotel policies and procedures and those outlined in the Food & Beverage Manual.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverage through In-Room Dining department.
- Coordinates with the Kitchen regarding food and service.
- Attends to guest requests or enquiries regarding food and service.
- Analyses Guest feedback and makes recommendations based on this feedback.
- Is aware of department’s financial targets and works towards achieving them.
- Reviews standards of service to identify strength and weaknesses.
- Maintains flexibility to work across Food and Beverage departments as required and requested by line managers.
