We are currently recruiting for an In Room Dining Head Waiter/ ess for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.

Overview:

- We are expanding our In Room Dining Team at The Londoner and are currently recruiting for a In Room Dining Head Waiter/Waitress.
- As In-Room Dining Head Waiter/ Waitress you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional In
- room dining experience for our guests by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms quickly and efficiently.
- You will ensure the guest satisfaction in the room before leaving an will share any feedback receive with the In Room Dining Management team.
- You will support with the smooth running of the In Room Dining operation.

About You:

- Previous experience of working in a high-end food operation ideally with In Room Dining experience at Head Waiter/ess level.
- You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Have an Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken an be able to work well within a team.
