That is why your contribution as a **Room Service Supervisor** is so important. As our **Room Service Supervisor**, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is our largest hotel with 1019 bedrooms and very busy Room Service Operations.

We are looking for a **Room Service Supervisor**
- Who ensures our Room Service, Executive Lounge and Minibar operations run smoothly that make guests want to return
- Who can inspire, coach and mentor Room Service team members
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- With previous experience as a **Room Service Supervisor/ **Room service waiter/waitress

As a **Room Service Supervisor,** you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service
- ** Salary: £13.00 per hour plus Service Charge**:

- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in)
