**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Designing user-first experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Creating prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback.
- Working closely with developers and product teams to bring designs to life.
- Using tools like Figma (or XD/Sketch) to craft beautiful, functional interfaces.
- Analysing data, heatmaps, and user sessions to improve conversion and usability.
- Running A/B tests (we use Convert) and validating ideas through experimentation.
- Exploring customer journeys to identify friction and opportunities.
- Championing accessibility and usability best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A problem-solver who thrives on improving the customer experience.
- A passionate advocate for user-centred design.
- Someone who embraces testing and iterating to find the best solution.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and gathering feedback from across the business.
- Familiar with A/B testing tools (Convert or similar), heatmap/session tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory), and analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles with a strong portfolio of work.
- Bonus: experience with front-end development and/or implementing UI animations (e.g. using LottieFiles).
