Your Job

Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all pools are worked on a daily basis and enquiries are achieved within KPI’s.
- Build and develop robust relationships with our key stakeholders internally and externally
- Maintain and update accurate reports/notes on AS400, SAP, Salesforce and Commerce Hub database systems.
- Proactively manage your suppliers to achieve a resolution within the timescales to ensure the customer receives a 'great experience’
- Ensure customers are kept up to date on their order and identify any other needs the customer may have

What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Representative:

- AS400, SAP, Salesforce, Commerce Hub, Word, Excel
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a Customer Service Environment
- The ability to build a rapport with the team and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills the ability to think on your feet and create solutions for our customers
- Willingness to take ownership
