**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Future Proof Homes, ensuring customers have an excellent experience with our company. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Customer Support**: Greet and assist potential homeowners during property viewings, open houses, and customer appointments.
- **Upselling Opportunities**: Identify and promote additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet their specific needs.
- **Resolving Enquiries**: Address customer questions and concerns about our sustainable homes, ensuring clarity and a positive outcome.
- **Building Relationships**: Establish strong connections with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- **Providing Product Knowledge**: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and sustainability aspects of our homes to potential buyers.
- **Maintaining Records**: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in our system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within property, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and the ability to upsell products or services.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A genuine interest in sustainable housing and customer satisfaction.

Pay: £24,880.00-£26,563.00 per year
