Blackrock Solutions (BRS) is the Sales and Relationship Management arm of Aladdin Blackrock’s proprietary trading technology that the firm commercialise and sell to Institutions within Asset Management and the Investment Management eco system.

Acting as a Trusted Advisor to a revenue generating division at the intersection of Finance and Technology the main responsibilities will focus on talent attraction, recruitment, and placement for a variety of BlackRock’s hiring needs across our BlackRock Solutions businesses. (BRS)

**We'll Trust You To**:

Consult with managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner to hiring teams, ensuring adherence to BLK policies, processes and procedures

Identify opportunities to create hiring efficiencies and partner closely with your hiring teams to execute
Partnering effectively with Partner teams including Immigration and Internal Mobility
- Engage with external vendors - diversity partners, immigration vendors and the PSL where appropriate
- Work with and direct the efforts of a Recruiting Coordinator
- Influence hiring managers on the importance of Diversity and ensuring that hiring processes are fair and Equitable
**You Need to Have**:

- Experience in full lifecycle recruitment ideally gained within a matrix environment
- Experience working in mid-size or large companies accustomed to operating within complex matrix structured businesses and high growth
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities at a time
- The ability to manage ambiguity and take emotional ownership
Gravitas to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization
- Experience using behavioural/competency-based interviewing assessment methodology
- Proven experience in effectively influencing senior level business partners when challenges arise
- Demonstrates solid judgment
- Motivated, self-directed, independent individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment
- Perseverance and tenacity to drive projects to completion
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Microsoft Office proficient and extensive experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
