We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh, and take ownership of the recruitment activity for 3 of our European locations, in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
- Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows
- Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
- Stay updated on employment laws and industry-specific recruitment trends
- take part in global projects and initiatives as well as delivering training to hiring teams of how to best deliver recruitment activity

**Qualifications**
- Strong proven track record of working as a recruitment SME
- Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in employer branding initiatives

It would be a real bonus if you have:

- Experience of SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
- Experience of acting as a recruitment business partner for a global organisation
