We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to enhance our service offering within our Energy, Water & Environment (EWE) business line.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead the key aim of this role will be to deliver fast and effective service to the business and provide innovative recruitment solutions to hire the best talent on time and in budget. You will become a key member of the established EWE Talent Acquisition team, so you won’t be alone, we have a great team ethos and attitude and we work closely with our wider HR colleagues and business leaders.
In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders across your sector on workforce talent planning and recruitment. You will develop strong relationships across the organisation working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
**Job Duties**:
- Consult with the business on talent strategy, hiring and sourcing trends
- Lead on large project specific recruitment campaigns with complex matrix of stakeholders
- Provide an extensive breadth of market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies
- Participate in business meetings to stay up to date on what is happening in the line of business and geography in terms of new business, projects that are ending and skills needed
- Actively participate in recruitment meetings with the team and the stakeholders
- Optimise job postings for marketability for internal and external positions
- Utilise all sourcing tools available and provide innovative ideas on sourcing strategies when required.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead on adhoc projects as and when required

**Minimum Requirements**
- Significant recruitment experience within the built environment sector (Energy or Environmental sectors are preferential but not mandatory)
- Experience of creating and implementing impactful recruitment strategies that go beyond passive recruitment tactics
- The ability to analyse recruitment data to devise solutions
- Extensive demonstrable experience in partnering and influencing Senior Leaders
