Project Administrator

**Job Information**
- Main point of role: administration.
- Interfacing with Project Manager, coordinator, and clients' customer representatives.
- Initiates and monitors scheduling of completion dates.
- Continually updates database to track jobs.
- Resolves clients' concerns.
- Logon to both internal systems each workday and update all required details.
- Transfer individual entries from one internal system to another and confirm once each entry has been processed.
- Ensure all process stages are recorded prior to closing a job and input the date the job pack was returned.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, on an ad-hoc basis.
**System Administration**
- Logon to the system each workday and update all required details.
- Run export reports, transferring information to associated import templates to facilitate mass upload onto the internal system.
- Train and use client systems as required. Systems include Depotnet, Fims, AFS, GeoHub, Optimus, Vitruvi, etc.
**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking and time management.
- A “can do” attitude with a “yes” mentality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
