We're truly excited to be recruiting, exclusively, for this interesting Healthcare business who would like to recruit a Project Support Administrator to join their team of 8.

**Job Title**: Project Support Administrator - Private Healthcare sector
**Location**: Whitstable, Kent
**Hybrid working**:Yes there is the option to Work from Home with the minimum office days being 2 planned Mondays a month. This is once you have completed your training.
**Salary**: £25k
**Annual leave**: 28 days + bank holidays (4/5 to be used over the Christmas period)
**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours a week.
**As the Project Support Administrator your duties would be to**:
- Provide highly effective administrative support to the MD and to their Executive Assistant.
- Providing highly effective project coordination support to the Development Managers and the Project Coordinators.
- Actively contributing to projects within the team.
- Minute taking and following up actions as appropriate.
- Proofread, formatting, collating and producing high standard documents.
- Keep abreast of the various workstreams.
- Update action logs.
- Assist with social media platforms & website management.
- Provide any other administrative support to the Team.
- Cover team member's holidays where required.
- Support with any other day-to-day operational activities.
**Skills required**:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is essential
- If you have experience supporting Project Managers this would be a huge advantage
- Experience/knowledge/an interest in the Healthcare sector
- You will need to be professional, organised, flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You'll need to be self-motivated, positive, detail orientated, proactive, approachable, dedicated to your professional development, patient, flexible and you'll need to enjoy working both independently and as part
- of a team
- Strong IT skills are a must, our client uses Xero, the meeting invite tool doodle, MailChimp, Eventbrite, the project management tool Asana, Grammarly, LastPass, Wix, Zoom, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Excellent attention to detail is required when proofreading and writing documents which are sent to 100's of clients
