**Core Objective of this Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administration support to members of the recruitment team.
- Operate within agreed standard operating procedures
- Support any/all reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as otherwise required
- You will strive to be an ambassador of the HST brand and purpose at every interaction

**Person Specification**
- Min 12 months’ experience in customer service, HR or recruitment administration role
- Degree or diploma preferred, but not essential
- Organisational skills, ability to keep multiple projects on schedule simultaneously
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment/CRM software/platforms e.g. ATS
