If so, then Lincolnshire County Council is looking for someone like you to fill the position of Portfolio Officer.
**About The Role**
A great chance to spearhead the commercial property portfolio in South Lincolnshire, including our southern flagship ‘brand new’ building compromising of a mix of offices and small workshop units in Holbeach, along with professional tenant liaison of a variety of other commercial spaces in the southern part of our County.
This position is critical in delivering a proactive and professional property management service whilst demonstrating exceptional levels of customer care and relationship development, with both internal and external partners. Working in accordance with industry standards and the County Council's Policies and procedures.
Your workload will include dealing with commercial property agency, new lettings, lease renewals, repairs and maintenance etc with a high-profile interface with tenants and elected members.
This role will be responsible for several premises within the portfolio with the postholder also being required to provide resilience across the team. The role is varied, and you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills through training and development to support your career.

To undertake this exciting opportunity, we are looking for someone with the passion and drive to succeed in this “not the norm” property management-based position.
- Experience within the property sector (estate-letting agency/project management/property management).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self motivate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to adapt and communicate with people effectively.
- Drive, ambition and a strong willingness to learn and develop.

**About The Team**
**_The Economic Infrastructure Service is responsible for leading on a range of property-based initiatives designed to support and nurture prosperity and economic growth across the whole of Lincolnshire. As well as managing its own premises, the Service also project manage new build schemes and is implementing the sale of several employment sites._**
