Commercial Litigation Lawyer (Mid–Senior Level)

6-Month Contract | Potential to Extend or Go Permanent | Lincolnshire (1-2 days/week in office)

Our client, a sustainable property redeveloper, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their in-house legal team for an initial six-month period, with potential to extend or transition into a permanent role.

In this dynamic position, you'll take the lead on managing a diverse portfolio of disputes - including employment matters, land issues, and complex contractual claims. You'll work closely with the CEO and General Counsel to shape litigation strategy and support broader commercial decision-making across the business.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and challenge - no two days are the same - and who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and managing external counsel effectively.

What we're looking for:

  • A mid-senior level commercial litigator (3+ PQE) with solid dispute resolution experience
  • A pragmatic, commercially minded lawyer comfortable operating in a fast-paced business environment
  • Willingness to be in the Lincolnshire office 1-2 days per week (some flex with this)
