**ROLE**:
My client, a globally established investment-management firm, based in the heart of the West end are now looking to recruit a Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior stakeholder and small team within the business. You will be used to a high volume, fast-pacedrole including diary management, extensive travel arrangements and processing expenses.
**DUTIES**:

- Providing scheduling support (appointments, calendar, and meeting management).The ability to manage meetings across multiple time zones
- Co-ordinate client meetings to ensure that room bookings are made along with tech support and catering.Also ensuring that the Head of Institutional is prepped and has material ahead of any meetings.
- Organising domestic and internal travel for x2 Head’s and small team. This will include flights, hotels, cars, and detailed itineraries

**PERSON**:

- 3-5 years EA experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Forward thinker who enjoys supporting others
- Ability to partner with staff at all levels regardless of seniority
- Can do attitude and a team player who is not afraid to help others
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Hybrid working offered
