This is a standout opportunity for an EA who brings exceptional judgement, polish, and a proactive approach.What You’ll Be Doing day to day:\tExtensive and complex diary management, including navigating competing priorities and resolving conflicts\tGlobal travel coordination end-to-end: flights, hotels, visas, logistics, and producing detailed itineraries\tPreparing and submitting expenses accurately and in a timely manner\tRoadshow coordination, including scheduling and logistics across time zones\tConference and event organisation, including client dinners and corporate hospitality\tBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels\tCreating, editing and formatting reports and presentations to a high standardThe skills you need to bring:\tProven MD-level EA / PA experience within Investment Banking or Private Equity\tFront office/client-facing experience will be strongly preferred\tHighly desirable: Roadshow organisation experience\tConfident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and strong professional presence\tCalm and effective under pressure; able to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities\tStrong judgement, discretion, and decision-making ability\tMeticulous attention to detail with consistently high standards\tAdvanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
