Our client is a highly respected Investment firm, who prides itself on low staff turnover and strong core values. They are looking for an exceptional Team EA/PA to support MDs and a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced division. 8am-5pm hours, 4 days in, 1 WFH day Responsibilities Extensive calendar management, managing diaries across a variety of time zones Organising multi‑party meetings and conference calls globally, handling schedule conflicts Preparing agendas and materials for meetings Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders Extensive global travel arrangements Preparing detailed itineraries Processing expenses Requirements Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working as a Team EA within Asset/Fund Management/Investment Banking firmor a Hedge Fund ispreferred Strong academic performance Proactive and engaging Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative Strong attention to detail with an enquiring mind Team player + bonus + benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
