Job DescriptionEA to Leadership Team£60-75KLocation: City of LondonA hugely exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-respected and rapidly growing insurance firm to support the Managing Director and Leadership team as an EA capacity. This role is newly created as the firm has exciting plans over the next couple of years and they now need a dedicated EA to allow them to grow the business. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, communications, and key brokerage documentation with professionalism and discretion.As such, previous insurance experience is a must.The managing director has been with the firm for 25 years and he is focused on looking after his staff – he says staff come first and clients second. As a result, the company culture is sociable, friendly and non-hierarchical.Executive & Strategic Support\tProvide full executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-up actions.\tPrepare and manage executive communications, presentations, and board papers with accuracy and a high degree of confidentiality.\tCoordinate board and leadership meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, and tracking of strategic action items.\tSupport delivery of key business projects, M&A activity, or strategic partnerships by managing timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.\tManage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the C-Suite, ensuring timely, polished, and professional responses.\tCreating presentations for both International conferences and clients.\tAssist in internal communications, including drafting messages and organising leadership updates or company-wide briefings.\tLiaise with key partners, insurers, and professional advisers on behalf of the CEO and SMT.Project Support\tSupport delivery of operational projects led by the CEO or SMT.\tSupport HR or Marketing teams with executive-level initiatives such as leadership away days, events, corporate communications and review of company policies.Stakeholder & Relationship Management\tServe as a primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.\tBuild strong working relationships across departments to enable effective information flow and decision-making.\tRepresent the C-Suite with professionalism and discretion in all interactions.You must have 5 + years working as an EA supporting at C-suite level and prior experience in an insurance brokerage environment. They offer great benefits along with hybrid working but you must be flexible on this.I am looking for a dynamic candidate who can come into the role and hit the ground running. Attitude is everything with his role.
