Job DescriptionThis global hedge fund based in the city is looking to expand their EA team due to growth of the business.  The role is to be a Team EA to generally support the existing EAs in the business. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities across various departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.  It is a varied role with great training and huge scope to grow.  The role will involve:\tProviding administrative support to the EA team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, expenses and coordinating travel arrangements\tMaintaining EA team documentation\tAssisting with special projects and initiatives\tProviding holiday coverage for EAs, ensuring seamless support to leaders and teams during absences\tPerforming various ad hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the EA teamRequired Qualifications:\t1 to 2 years experience in similar role\tMicrosoft Office (particularly Excel) essential\tExcellent communication and time management skills\tTeam player essential\tDetail-oriented\tSelf-starter, professional and organized\tAble to work under pressure\tTech savvy and willing to learn\t'No task is too small' mentalityNice to have:\t\tFluent in French\tThe role is based near Liverpool Street and offers hybrid working 1:4.  If you have a keen eye for detail, would like to work in financial services and have a desire to learn and grow please send your CV asap.
