Paragon are building out a derivatives team within a world class systematic hedge fund.
This Software Engineering hire will join a derivatives data team as act as a key contributor partnering closely with trading and research.
You'll help drive automation across the trade and position lifecycle—corporate actions, expiries, coupon payments, and more—while maintaining critical reference data and powering essential reporting for the trading desks.
We need an elite Software Engineer with derivatives background to lead high-impact initiatives, guide the business on equity-related events, and automate complex lifecycle workflows that directly support trading operations.
Tech Stack: Open to any language - ideally strong Python and C#
