When you do that successfully, real impact happens.Your role grounds itself in all the essential EA duties - diary management, international traveand l, complex meetings across time zones. But that's just the foundation.One day, you're orchestrating four days of back-to-back meetings. The next you're diving into CRM data, building reports for Friday's presentation. Then you're curating an intimate dinner for entrepreneurs. The following week, you're helping execute a full-scale event.If you're one of those EAs who's been playing it safe, staying small, looking at roles thinking "I could do that in my sleep"...This is your sign from the universe.Stop playing small.The London team is tight. They work well together professionally and personally. They genuinely enjoy what they do.
