It's Friday at 9:30pm and I've just finished the briefing call with the Client.

It was a fun conversation about the need for a new EA in their London team.

A finance company that shouldn't exist. But does.

They're boutique finance. But here's the twist - they're the finance company that other finance companies don't understand. Too human. Too creative. Too actually-enjoying-Monday-mornings.

A group of absolute A players operating on the biggest stage. They're building something outstanding, and their London office is experiencing significant growth.

This EA role supports two senior people. But they're not on the Investment or Deal side. Their work is genuinely interesting - the 'people' side of the business.

They're bringing the right talent together in the right rooms at the right times. When you do that successfully, real impact happens.

Your role grounds itself in all the essential EA duties - diary management, international traveand l, complex meetings across time zones. But that's just the foundation.

One day, you're orchestrating four days of back-to-back meetings. The next you're diving into CRM data, building reports for Friday's presentation. Then you're curating an intimate dinner for entrepreneurs. The following week, you're helping execute a full-scale event.
