Here in EMEA, we're looking to improve our client functions with the addition of a Client Director to help us build a key account in the financial services space.
We're looking for a enthusiastic client director who's keen to take on a new challenge growing client accounts and can up & cross sell both near & off shore solutions to the FS industry. Managing commercial risks and clearly articulate CI&T's proposition and the advantages over our competitors.
Responsibilities:
Identify and capitalise on new opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling within a substantial enterprise account or portfolio of accounts.
Develop and implement client engagement and relationship strategies that align with business objectives. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and align CI&T's value propositions to meet these. Nurture close client relationships through regular communication, knowledge sharing, hospitality and events.
Ensure flawless commercial processes and contractual accuracy.
Actively contribute to business development efforts by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. Create, manage and execute the account plan for assigned account(s). Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches that resonate with client needs. Understand and master the competitive landscape with the assigned account(s).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (C-level)
Track and analyse key performance indicators related to client growth, account penetration, satisfaction, and retention. Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimise client engagement efforts.
An ambassador for CI&T as an end-to-end technology transformation partner.
Experience required:
Proven track record in leading client accounts and growing them
Experienced managing a portfolio of £5m+
Strong experience managing financial services clients within a consultancy in tech
Can own and run pitches
Can manage a team in multiple geographies
