Role Purpose

Support successful delivery of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Construction Works & Associated Services (CWAS) framework, assisting the Public Sector Leadership team and wider business with high levels of customer service to CCS and related clients using the CCS CWAS framework

**Key Accountabilities**:
Support the Framework Lead / Strategic Relationship Director to maintain high levels of customer service to CCS and their Additional Clients
Manage and monitor the ISG central CCS inbox dealing with framework and opportunities distributing information to relevant CCS Sector Directors and Business Unit (BU) Champions in line with required timeframes
Liaison with CCS Framework personnel including category leads and commercial agreement managers, attend monthly framework 1:1 meetings with CCS and our Framework Lead
Assess opportunity information as required, summarising key info and ensuring people are aware of headline requirements / deadlines
Responding to central EOI / RFIs as required and when requested on behalf of a BU
Ownership of monthly MI (management information) reporting
Attendance of webinars / industry days / briefings as required consolidating notes and actions as required

**Skills and Experience**:
Good communicator both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Ability to operate independently but work as part of a wider national team
Interest in construction industry
Knowledge of public sector frameworks desirable
Experience of working in a work winning / preconstruction team or framework department advantageous
Methodical and organised approach to duties
IT literate (Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Research and analysis experience
Self-motivated, proactive and trustworthy professional
