Before Framework, we launched Founders Academy, a super successful zero-tuition 9-month "alternative-MBA" co-created with London's fastest growing tech scaleups (incl. Depop, Koru Kids, Ada Health, Memrise and more). We worked closely with 100+ operators across product, growth, ops, people, data, engineering & design to pioneer a world-leading curriculum spanning the fundamental business, technology and human literacies required to thrive in startupland. Our first cohort graduated with 100% job placement & 70+ NPS. Framework is the result of us 10X’ing our level of ambition. We’ve productised our unique insights from Founders Academy into a mobile-first social learning experience, so that we can serve a new generation of modern business leaders across the globe. We’re only at the very start of the adventure. This is where you come in... **ABOUT THE ROLE.** As our first in-house editor, you'll be a key pillar of our early team as we emerge from private beta, and bring Framework to market in Q1 next year. **Your mission will be to**: - Work closely with our founding team to publish content for the first public version of our mobile app, with the goal of it being loved and used daily by 5K+ founding members, in < 6 months. **This will involve**: - Editing each piece of Framework content to ensure quality and consistency throughout. - Writing awesome content — body copy, headlines and more. - Ensuring the needs of our members sit at the heart of every piece of content we create. - Liaising with in-house and freelance creators (writers and designers). - Maintaining our tone of voice, ensuring that all of our content is aligned with our brand guidelines. - Working collaboratively with colleagues across the content team. **You’ll have knocked our socks off in 6 months if**: - Our content production flow is consistently seamless and we know nothing gets past you - Our members are sharing our content, saying “Wow This totally changed the way I solved X problem.” - Our faculty are sharing our content, saying “Wow Thanks for making me look so smart.” **Requirements**: **ABOUT YOU.** **You’ll likely have the following skillsets**: - Exceptional understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and vocabulary. - Extreme attention to detail matched by an ability to meet delivery commitments. - Strong visual awareness and an eye for design. - Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills. - Great organisational skills in managing and prioritising your workload as well as coordinating with writers & designers. **You’ll likely have the following mindsets**: - You're all about the details and know all the rules of language like the back of your hand. - Formats don’t scare you — you’ll take them all on and can easily flex between the different types. - You’re passionate about improving writers, not just the words on the page. - You’re passionate
