**Content Editor - Sports**

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a **Content Editor** **to join our Sports team.

As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for editing video content, creating relevant and effective metadata and being able to produce quality video thumbnails, as well as handling the upload of videos to social media platforms and implementation of metadata and thumbnails according to best practices.

The role role requires you to have excellent editing skills to produce best-in-class social media content across our portfolio of brands on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and new and emerging platforms. This role also involves management of the materials library and deliveries from clients.

**Note**:Due to the nature of our sports focussed content, there is also an expectation to work regular weekends.

**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Video editing on a daily basis, with and creation of images/designs to be posted to YouTube and Social Media platforms
- Ensuring optimisation of metadata and accuracy of content IDs and file naming conventions
- Uploading to a schedule as set out by the Channel Manager / Producer

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite (especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Motion graphics experience is desirable)
- Ability to juggle multiple requests from different clients and stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Social media platforms. You would ideally use them and know what makes them tick
- Strong copywriting skills. You will make headlines pop and identify the strongest hook for each video
- Ideally you will also have a love for motorsports - All sporting knowledge is welcome, but this role would really suit a motorsports fan
