We're looking for a proactive Framework Coordinator to manage relationships with framework providers and drive new business opportunities. Are you a hunter gatherer looking to earn £35k per annum? We're looking for a Framework Coordinator to help drive business growth by managing and optimising framework agreements. Working closely with our Business Development Director, you'll identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure frameworks support our strategic goals. We Can Offer You: Work-Life Balance: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibility Health & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and more Training & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your game About the role The Framework Coordinator is an exciting role, that will help manage and optimise framework agreements to support the company's growth strategy Working closely with the BD Director, this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring that these opportunities are effectively supported by existing or new frameworks Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop framework agreements Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build relationships with clients and partners Support applications for new frameworks Ideal Candidate: Organised and proactive Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in frameworks or business development is an advantage What you'll do: Build strong relationships with framework partners and attend regular meetings Identify new frameworks and support applications Keep track of renewals, deadlines and compliance requirements Provide accurate framework into for bids and proposals Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes Monitor industry trends and report on performance and opportunities What we're looking for? Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience in business development or framework management is a plus What We Need from You.
