We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Fire and Risk Services Administrator to join our busy Fire and Risk Services department. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Fire and Risk Service Team. You will be joining an established team in a busy department which supports our consultants across a wide range of project types.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule jobs with consultants and clients
- Monitor and manage consultants diaries
- Create quotation documents, send to clients and save accordingly to folders
- Consultant admin and requirements e.g. cards, stationary, information, admin etc.
- Monitor Technical & surveys inbox
- Take initial enquiries via telephone and speak with clients/consultants via telephone
- Assist with maintaining NSI records, DBS checks and industry accreditations
- Special requests from clients e.g. action spreadsheets, portal uploads and adhoc information
- Send completed reports and supporting certification to the client
**Experience**:
- Experience of a busy and varied administrative workload
- Good organisational, planning and monitoring skills
- Database and IT skills and accurate data input
- Good telephone manner
- Effective record keeping
Qualifications:
- 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-2 months
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
