An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Assistant to work within our Inclusion Team, to provide comprehensive and high level administrative support to senior managers within Education & Children's Services.

We are looking for a focused individual who has experience in an administrative role. The successful post-holder will be a highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise their own workload and deal with confidential information sensitively. The varying range of tasks include the ordering of specialist equipment using our PECOS procurement system, processing invoices and budget monitoring, minute taking to a high standard and the uploading of documents to our CCM system.

This post is based at 2 High Street, Perth, though we are currently operating a hybrid working arrangement.

Initially, this post is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months. If you are already employed by Perth & Kinross Council, please note that secondment requests are considered by managers on a case-by-case basis, considering the needs of the team, Service and Council as a whole, as well as the development opportunity for the individual. This process can be initiated on MyView - Questionnaires / eforms - Secondment Request Form.

**The Individual**:

- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to forward plan and manage your own workload.
- The ability to work accurately within tight timescales.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers in all areas of work; demonstrating good working relationships and the ability to respond to enquiries and requests for information.
- The ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
- Experience of minute taking to a high standard.
- Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of packages.
