**Who you are**:
Someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A focused, self-motivated and highly organized individual with an interest in studio photography production. An excellent eye for attention to detail, whilst consistently keeping a commercial perspective in mind. You’ll be confident and comfortable with liaising across all levels and departments within the business.
**Primary objective of the job**:
As part of White Stuff’s Creative team and reporting into the Creative Producer. You will work alongside the Assistant Sample Co-ordinator, and be responsible for the complete end to end management of the sample work flow & shoot preparation as well as maintaining a highly organised wardrobe space. You will work closely with the external photography studio in shoot planning, supporting them on styling and sample queries. You will be the go-to person for coordinating all product for shoots across both ecommerce and campaign; building strong relationships with the wider Brand team as well as Buying, Merch, Production and Design, to ensure all shoot outfit requirements are gathered and that the correct product is selected and handed over. You will support the Creative Producer in ad-hoc production tasks such as; scheduling, model booking, casting, location scouting, competitor research and site walks.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Monitor, source and organize all samples for White Stuff’s eCommerce and Creative shoots.
- Update the image & studio tracker when product is handed over.
- Image approvals & distribution to third parties.
- Image quality assurance. Be that final check point flagging any issues with re-touch and styling, whilst ensuring all images are named correctly and in accordance with our naming conventions.
- Liaise weekly with the buying team to ensure all available product is handed over and marked off the sample tracker, chasing any overdue styles.
- Pro-actively problem solve and suggest solutions around sample management and studio production.
- Produce weekly outfitting packs ahead of the ecommerce shoots and ensure that the studio has all the sample information a week in advance
- Update the outstanding sample report once a week ahead of the weekly CP meeting, flag when there are launch dates at risk due to outstanding samples.
- Update the Creative Producer on any sample issues that will affect the studio schedule.
- Organize and manage regular ecommerce castings
- Schedule ecommerce shoots with the external photography studio
- Be the key point of contact for image & sample queries, liaising with all areas of the business and the photography studio
**What you’ll need**:
- A good understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Excel in particular)
- Experience in photography production and sample management (particularly from and ecommerce background.)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised
- A good understanding of working within ecommerce photography and sample workflow management
- Confident and comfortable liaising across all levels and departments
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Focussed and self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving skills
