**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations and price enquiries
- Ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders
- Liaising with suppliers and workshops
- Working closely with Kiki and the design team to coordinate the production of new designs, sample management and updating the Critical Path
- Stone sourcing and stone inventory management
- Assisting with stock deliveries and orders where necessary
- Quality control of all products
- Supporting the Wholesale department with onboarding of Product
- Project work to improve stock, processes and procedure

**Profile**
- Desirable to have had some experience within a jewellery production role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a small team for a highly regarded luxury retail brand
- Attention to detail
- Ability to comfortably work with stock systems and Excel
- Proactive and able to work off own initiative
- Willing to learn with a 'can do’ attitude
