We're looking for a Co-ordinator to join the Data Services team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inputting and maintaining promotional, product, pricing, location and supplier data into our Commercial and Supply Chain systems. Working to tight deadlines, you'll be key to our Supply Chain, making sure that our data is processed accurately, and our stores have the products they need to serve our members, customers, and communities.
Why this role matters
You'll join our Data Services team, a dedicated team of experts who work collaboratively with teams across our Food, Technology, and People functions to make sure our integrated solutions meet Co-op's business requirements. We'll look to you to provide support across the business to colleagues that process and manage data.

• Take ownership for the accurate processing, inputting, and maintaining of product, pricing, promotional, location and supplier data into our Commercial and Supply Chain systems
• Manage large amounts of information and reporting, reviewing documents and data to make sure all details are correct and submitted in time
• Respond to colleague queries about product, pricing, promotions, location and supplier offering fact-based recommendations using information available
• Work with your team to develop and enhance your knowledge and capability
• Provide support on business change projects while finding opportunities to improve processes
• Analyse data to identify inconsistencies and spot trends to support continuous improvement
What you'll bring
• Great team working skills the ability to collaborate across functions and develop positive relationships with partners
• Excellent attention to detail – accuracy will be key in this role
• An organised approach and the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and deadlines
• Good IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel at a basic level, and confidence in learning new systems (full training will be provided)
Why Co-op?
At Co-op, we're owned by our members. And because we're owned by you, we can do right by you. So when you join us, you're not just taking a job, you're joining a movement. We're an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we're powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you'll also receive:
• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
• Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
• Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
• 24/7 colleague support service
• Training and support for your development and career progression
• Cycle-to-work scheme
A place you'll belong
We're building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone, and our support centre is an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can thrive.
If you have a disability, we'll make reasonable adjustments to support you through the recruitment process. We're also proud to be part of the Disability Confident scheme - if you're disabled and you meet the minimum criteria for this job, we'll guarantee you an interview.
