The role of the Contract Sales Co-Ordinator - Carpets will involve:

- Contract Sales Co-Ordinator position providing support for the management of contract sales projects, as well as general office support
- Working daily from London based office focusing on projects within hospitality and commercial sectors
- Assisting the sales & design team dealing with a manufactured range of carpets
- Instructing sales personnel with requirements to ensure the successful administration of projects you’ll be working on
- Working closely with accounts, the production planning and custom despatch
- Supporting the sales team with all quotations and log them on to the system
- Responsible for tracking the process of all projects and constantly communicate project information to all the relevant production departments and customers
- Carrying out all administrative duties such as managing all payments, updating the system with all relevant information and liaising with production and hauliers to ensure a smooth process throughout
- Processing stock sample orders and manage contract stock orders, ensuring the deliveries are met per the requirements of the client and customer
- Reporting to the contract commercial manager

The ideal applicant will be a Contract Sales Co-Ordinator - Carpets with:

- Ideally have experience working within a contract sales environment
- Ideally have experience in a previous sales administrative role within the flooring sector
- Knowledge of account management and invoicing be preferential
- Strong sales processing ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail to co-ordinate projects
- Previous experience dealing with logistics companies
- Computer, Word and Excel literate
