Sales Co-ordinator

As Sales Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role being the face of the company to prospective clients. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of a small team whose role is to ensure the company maintains occupancy rates and overall profitability. Having a strong understanding of the product and services will allow the Sales Co-Ordinator to accommodate and negotiate all new clients’ needs.

- Be able to multi-task under pressure and manage your time efficiently
- Be accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a close team as well as autonomously

- Have advanced relevant IT and administrative skills
- Have an understanding of the importance of discretion
- Ideally hold a good geographical knowledge of Central London
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all Beaumont products and services
- Build and maintain effective and trusted relationships with office brokers
- Accurately and professionally deliver viewings with prospective clients
- Pro-actively follow up on all viewings to build the relationship with the client in order to fully understand their needs and maximise opportunity to win new business
- Negotiate terms and pricing in a sensitive and professional manner with prospective clients
- Accurately prepare tenancy agreements for clients and organise correct signing
- Create a lasting impression on behalf of the Company when meeting new prospects
- Liaise with centre and Ops teams around show office presentation and set-up to ensure the highest standards
- Coordinate with centre teams on new client requirements to ensure a smooth moving-in and welcoming process. is so important.
