FASHION PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR ( LADIESWEAR FASHION BRAND)

BASED - LONDON NW6

FULL TIME OFFICE BASED

Our client a global ladieswear fashion label are looking to recruit an efficient and experienced Fashion Production co-ordinator to work in a small team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of production planning and execution. To succeed in this key role, you must have a comprehensive knowledge of fashion production process, garment construction, be extremely well organised, focused on getting every detail right and driven by creating & achieving deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage Production life cycle from the initial order to the final product delivery.
- Plan and prepare dockets for sign off with designer before issuing to factories.
- Co-ordinate with the factories on a day to day basis to make sure production is on track.
- Order and track all fabrics and trims necessary for production.
- Responsible for all material deliveries by ensuring all triM/Fabric orders arrive within their respective due dates to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate all garment deliveries from the factories with the logistics coordinator to ensure customer delivery dates are met without fail.
- Liaising/ managing in-house Quality Controllers.
- Assess & improve work flow / set up new systems & ensure pre-production teams are working to meet timelines.
- Arranging all weekly meetings to ensure the Managing Director and team are aware of the production status and logistics issues.
- Managing and analysing the database of all garment styles to optimise productivity at the factories.
- Communicating with buyers and merchandisers on a daily basis discussing production, trims requirements, distribution and delivery dates.
- Responsibility of keeping on top of all pattern changes and grading, running meetings with pattern cutters to ensure fit and styling requirements are met whilst having a good understanding of factory procedures and constraints.

At least 2 years industry experience in the industry
PC literate & experienced in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills & to be system orientated with a proven ability to meet specific, time sensitive deadlines.
A positive, reliable and flexible can-do attitude to go above & beyond job description when required.
Technical knowledge of garments construction, fabrics and manufacturing.
Excellent communication to maintain good relationships with people at all levels of the business including buyers at a large variety of stores, factory contacts and suppliers.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
