London, Greater London, United Kingdom Buzz 16 Full time £30,000 - £60,000 per year

About Buzz 16

Welcome to Buzz 16 We create world-class live and non-live sports entertainment for both linear and digital platforms, working with some of the biggest names in sport and the world's leading broadcasters.

We believe in togetherness, inclusivity and trust — doing what we love and loving what we do. We're passionate about innovation and creativity, producing the very best sports content that inspires and entertains.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team working on live sporting events, including our Premier League Rugby coverage.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a key part of the production team — supporting all stages of production from planning through to live broadcasts and post-production delivery. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong communication, logistical and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day production coordination and support across live and non-live sports productions.

· Act as a key point of contact for crew, suppliers, and broadcasters both in the office and onsite.

· Prepare call sheets and production paperwork, ensuring all documentation (including release forms and risk assessments) is accurate and compliant.

· Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for crew and talent — including international shoots, permits, visas, and carnets.

· Support contracting, scheduling and onboarding of freelancers and suppliers.

· Assist with budget management, processing invoices, cost tracking, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounts team. Ensure health & safety, insurance, and compliance standards are met across all shoots and locations.

· Liaise with post-production teams to ensure smooth delivery of content and assets.

· Champion sustainability by tracking carbon emissions and promoting Albert best practices.

· Troubleshoot and problem-solve logistical issues as they arise, often under time pressure.

About You

· Previous experience as a Production Co-ordinator (ideally in live sport, studio or OB environments).

· Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.

· Confident handling logistics, budgets, and production paperwork.

· Knowledge of production and post-production workflows.

· Health & Safety aware; first aid and Albert training desirable (training can be provided).

· Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

· Team player who also works well independently.

· Understanding of production insurance, sustainability, and data protection is a plus.

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a passionate and collaborative team delivering premium live sports content. We offer opportunities to grow your skills, travel, and play a vital role in creating exciting, high-quality productions watched by audiences across the world.

Buzz 16 is an equal opportunities employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
