CCC is currently looking for an experienced Desktop Administrator. This role assists in the administration of corporate computer environments including definition, audit, and enforcement of system standards and configuration. It will include new hardware and software evaluation/implementation, hardware and software upgrades, systems monitoring, upgrade analysis, problem-solving, and software licensing.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Strong organizational qualities and ability to manage the fast-paced demands of a Global staff base.
- Configuring and/or Reformatting computers (Windows, Mac).
- Troubleshooting, repairing, reinstalling defective hardware/software.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and regularly document processes and procedures.
- Research, recommend, and assist in the implementation of key technological and procedural decisions geared towards improving our employees' productivity and computing experience.
- Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to suggest ways to automate and/or improve corporate environment hardware and software deployment and upgrades.
- Represent the interests of IT in interactions with other departments within CCC for a variety of projects and day to day service requests.
- 3+ years of related experience in a Mid/Senior IT Help Desk position or Desktop Administrator role focusing on Microsoft environment: Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Productivity Suite, O365 Exchange.
- Strong Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, KACE, Remedy
- Strong experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor solutions, Google Suite, SCCM, Citrix, VPN
- Solid experience working with Apple MacOS, experience with Jamf is a plus.
- Intermediate level knowledge and understanding of issues inherent to:

- Microsoft and non-Microsoft software (licensing, installation, features, and functionality)
- Dell hardware (Model and specifications, Imaging, remote administration)
- Peripheral hardware (network fundamentals, printers and scanners, external monitors)
- Audio visual equipment
- Intermediate level knowledge of Antivirus, Anti-Malware, Phishing, Spam, and other Security best practices
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification, MCITP or other relevant IT/desktop technician certifications Preferred.
- Willingness to work autonomously but ask appropriate questions.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle the demands of multiple constituencies and exhibit strong organizational qualities in all aspects of work.
