**IT Desktop Administrator - Global Organisation**

**This role will be based onsite 5 days per week in Central London.**

**Responsibilities**:

- First escalation point for customer end user desktop incidents and requests that cannot be resolved by a member of the Service Desk team
- Triage incident tickets per specified severity levels and associated service level agreements (SLA)
- Work closely with senior desktop administrators to triage issues
- Work with vendors to facilitate hardware requests, troubleshoot issues and facilitate closure of issues with the vendors as needed
- Assist with account management services - User Account creates/disables/ terminations/name changes, as needed
- Update the customer incident and request ticket as required
- Close customer calls and tickets upon completion
- Provide end user training as necessary ad-hoc, meetings, or as user documentation
- Other tasks may be required as customer needs arises

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2 + years technical desktop support experience required
- Ability to logically and methodically diagnose faults on end-user systems such as PCs and Laptops.
- Dell and Apple hardware, Windows 10 & 11, macOS, IOS and Android devices
- Microsoft server, Active Directory user and group maintenance
- Proficient with O365 user maintenance
- Experience with remote support tools
- Knowledge and understanding of basic IP network principals including IP subnets and switches
- Capable of supporting teleconferencing system issues, MS Teams
- Citrix experience
