Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the deployment of new systems
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues
- Configuring, installing, maintaining and upgrading computer systems, hardware and software
- Restoring files or systems by designing, writing and implementing backup procedures
- Providing training to new users, temporary employees and ongoing training to the existing user base
Essential Skills and personal qualities
- Understanding of legal specific software (desirable)
- Experience supporting MS Office
- Excellent customer support and customer relation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
