Desktop Support Engineer is required for a global FMCG company who have state of the art offices near to Chiswick. Working in a small IT team you will proactively manage onsite technology whilst trouble shooting day to day IT issues.

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer who is experienced in a customer facing role and has experience of dealing with C-Suite Executive who also has the following technical skills:

- Windows 10/11
- AV Technology experience (Video Conferencing)
- Desktop deployment/imaging knowledge

As well as excellent customer service and communication skills the successful IT Support Engineer:

- Can troubleshoot quickly and efficiently
- Have the ability to work with all levels of an organisation including senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving skills

As Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to employees, whilst upholding polices, standards and procedures.

In reward you will be paid a salary of c. £36,000 p.a. plus some great benefits. This role does require you to be on-site in the office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Duties include:

- Act as first line support to assist and provide telephone, remote, deskside technology support
- Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end users and recommend solutions
- Ensure all new starters are set up and offer technical support
- Facilitate and support Global video conferencing.
