**Role**: Desktop Support Engineer
**Location**: City of London
**Salary**: £34,000 + Bonus

I am recruiting for Desktop Support Engineer to be based at a national non-profit organisation in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for an internal IT engineer or an MSP Engineer to join an international IT team and work with colleagues at a variety of levels on highly technical projects and infrastructure support.
You will provide helpdesk and deskside support to over 1500 users in the London Office, with users requiring support on both Mac & Windows Hardware.
**Overview of Role**:

- You will be based in the London Office of an international charity, delivering exceptional IT Support
- Working on tickets and service requests, and being available at first hand to provide Mac & Windows Desktop Support
- You will liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers

**Key Skills Required**:

- Provide outstanding customer & client service experience
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice frameworks for the delivery of IT systems

**Technical Requirements**:

- Windows 10 Operating Systems Support
- Mac OS Desktop Support
- SCCM Deployment
- JAMF Experience
- Windows Remote Desktop Services
- Extra bonus if you have experience with Jira
