**The Role**
We have an exciting new role for a People Administrator to join our People Team. This role will provide administration support to the People Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager and Learning and Development Manager. This will be a varied role covering all aspects of the employee life cycle, meaning every day will be different.
**Key aspects of the role are**:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the recruitment process for M3 and subsidiary agencies
- Preparing offers and contracts of employment, employment referencing, right-to-work checks and collecting required documentation at the offer stage
- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling inductions and training
- Maintaining accurate and efficient HR files with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the database
- Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures
- Supporting the scheduling of staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews
- Supporting staff training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities etc
**What we require from you**
- To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as part of a small team, whilst independently and proactively completing tasks
- Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements
- The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach

- Full-time, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
